（一）怎么表達(dá)“別害羞，放開點(diǎn)”？

1. come out of your shell: to become less shy and more willing to talk to people, especially as the result of an experience that has made you more confident

例：

She's started to come out of her shell a little. （她開始變得健談了一些。）

When he first joined the company he was very quiet but now he's come out of his shell a lot. （他剛來公司的時(shí)候，非常內(nèi)向文靜，現(xiàn)在放得開了，話也多了很多。）

2. bring somebody out of their shell: to make someone less shy and more willing to talk to other people

例：
