1. back out of/through/towards etc.:
to walk backwards in a particular direction, especially in order to leave a
room or building
例:
Hardy backed slowly toward the door. (哈迪慢慢退到門邊。)
Simmons quietly backed out of the office,
his face red with embarrassment. (西蒙斯尷尬得滿臉通紅,靜靜退出辦公室。)
When she was sure the baby was asleep, she
