1. mistake :錯誤,過失
the mistake was caused by careless and forgetting
例:
His mother blasted to make him admit his mistakes.

2. error:誤差,錯誤,過失
Something you have done that is considered to be incorrect or wrong in judgment/compute/intelligence/moral, etc, or that you should not have done.
例:

3. blunder:大錯
