糾正蹩腳英語從現(xiàn)在開始

英語很蹩腳也許不是你的語法功底就很差，很多可能是語言表達習(xí)慣不同導(dǎo)致生搬硬套的哪找一種語言直接翻譯成另一種。改正已經(jīng)習(xí)慣的錯誤表達方式從現(xiàn)在開始。表達正確需要詞匯語法還需要語感，語感來自于多讀多練。

注意英語中錯誤的，可以用wrong，也可以用Incorrect，然而跟正確的，表示為correct或者right。但是值得注意的是：wrong和right相對互為反義詞，Incorrect和correct相對互為反義詞。

1、?今年夏天我要去自己的出生地看看，這是10年來的第一次。

出生地固定的搭配birth place，? native place是本土的地方，不特指出生地區(qū)

Incorrect: I'll visit my native place for the first time in ten years this summer.

Correct: I'll visit my birth place for the first time in ten years this summer.

2、這個座位有人嗎？

通暢問是不是位置的空的？然而，正確的用法是這個座位有沒有被占據(jù)

Incorrect: Is this seat empty???????????? Correct: Is this seat taken?

3、?我看他面熟。

看某人面熟，不是know one’s face ,這個是識別他的臉，一眼看上去熟悉就是望去

Incorrect: I know his face.?????????? Correct: I know him by sight.

4、?我的手表不走了，我得拿去檢查下。

手表或者機械類的壞了，可以用break? down，需要注意手表指針是走動的，所以用“run”同時也算是一種擬人化的象征

Incorrect: My watch doesn't move at all. I must get it checked up.?????Correct: My watch isn't running, I must get it checked up.

5、?讓我來幫你完成工作吧。

Help幫助可做動詞可做名詞，作動詞，幫助某人某事是，help sb with sth.固定用法

Incorrect: Let me help you to do your work.???????? Correct: Let me help you with your work.

6、?我建議你去休個長假。

Recommend建議，建議某人做某事需要接賓語從句，介紹某人某事recommend sb sth或者接that從句·············

Incorrect: I recommend you to take a long vacation.?? Correct: I recommend that you take a long vacation.

7、?太陽從東方升起。

從東方或者在東方，固定的表示方位的詞：? in the east / west/ south / north

Incorrect: The sun rises from the East.????????? Correct: The sun rises in the East.

8、?小偷是從窗戶爬進來的。

Go through是從內(nèi)部通過的，在這里小偷是通過窗戶，或者突破窗戶

Incorrect: The thief got in from the window.??????? Correct: The thief got in through the window.

9、.讓我們從第10頁開始。

具體的書籍某一頁，某個面，固定是用at? / on? the? page

Incorrect: Let's begin from page 10.?????????? Correct: Let's begin at(on) page 10.

10、 請在白線內(nèi)等待。

Behind有在后面，在什么之外的意思，behind the line， 就是在線以內(nèi)，不超過線。

Incorrect: Please wait inside the white line.

Correct: Please wait behind the white line.

11、 你家房子買了火險嗎？

Incorrect: Is your house insured for fire????? Correct: Is your house insured against fire?

10.我沒地方住。

Live本身是生存、居住的意思，但是涉及到房屋，是居住在房屋里面，需要live in the house

Incorrect: I have no house to live.????? Correct: I have no house to live in.

11.臉好臟！照照鏡子。

照鏡子的固定搭配，look oneself in the mirror·······

Incorrect: What a dirty face! Look at the mirror.???? Correct: What a dirty face! Look in the mirror.

12.這是我房間門鑰匙。

什么的要說，門/索的鑰匙the key to the door /? lock? ?,問題的關(guān)鍵the key to the problem

Incorrect: This is the key of my room.??? Correct: This is the key to my room.

13.我準備去上一個為期兩年的英語課程。

Incorrect: I am going to take a two-year course of English.

Correct: I am going to take a two-year course in English.

14.末班車11點開，現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)快11點了，趕緊的！

Incorrect: The last bus leaves at eleven o'clock. It's about eleven now, Hurry!

Correct: The last bus leaves at eleven o'clock. It's nearly (almost) eleven now, Hurry!

15.把手從電線末端挪開。

Incorrect: Leave your hand from the end of the wire.

Correct: Let go of the end of the wire.
