1、Tell me about yourself當(dāng)面試官需要你進(jìn)行自我介紹的時(shí)候

不要排斥這個(gè)問題，因?yàn)榻馃o足赤，人無完人，面試官并不是故意為難你，而是在看你怎么去正視自己的缺點(diǎn)以及你是如何去解決這些缺點(diǎn)的。

這個(gè)時(shí)候，你需要的就是變被動(dòng)為主動(dòng)，試著把你的劣勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)化成優(yōu)勢(shì)，就比如你的工作效率稍微有點(diǎn)低，做一個(gè)項(xiàng)目耗時(shí)很長(zhǎng)，你就可以說：

I sometimes am slower in completing my tasks compared to others because I really want to get things right. I will double or sometimes triple-check documents and files to make sure everything is accurate. 這樣肯定會(huì)讓面試官耳目一新。

4、Why did you leave your last job當(dāng)面試官問及你為什么離開上一家公司的時(shí)候

如果你是初入職場(chǎng)的，請(qǐng)?zhí)^這個(gè)問題。

如果不是，一般面試官肯定會(huì)問及這個(gè)問題，畢竟也也算得上是一種“政治審查”。他們可能想知道，你到底是被炒魷魚的，還是自己主動(dòng)離職等等。

對(duì)于應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生的話，大致介紹一些你的大學(xué)經(jīng)歷，具體就是校內(nèi)校外的一些經(jīng)歷，參加的各種活動(dòng)，你對(duì)于大學(xué)的看法等等。

6、Where do you see yourself 5 years from now當(dāng)面試官問及你對(duì)于未來的展望
