《買鸚鵡》

There was a guy who went into a shop to buy a parrot.There were three ?parrots in the shop. One was $5,000; another one, $10,000; and the third one, ?$30,000. The customer asked the owner,“How come this guy is $5,000? That’s?so ?expensive for this kind of parrot.”

有個(gè)人到一間商店買鸚鵡。店里有三只鸚鵡，其中一只賣五千元，另一只賣一萬(wàn)元，還有一只賣三萬(wàn)元。顧客問老板：為什么這只要賣五千元?這個(gè)價(jià)錢對(duì)這種鸚鵡來說太貴了!

The owner said,“Because I have trained him and he can talk.”So the customer asked him, “How about this guy? What can he do that makes him so expensive?”?The owner said, “Well, apart from talking, he can also do some amusing actions,like dancing and so on.That’s why he’s so expensive. ”

老板說：因?yàn)槲矣杏?xùn)練他講話，顧客又問：那這只呢?他會(huì)做什么?為什么要賣這么貴?老板說：他除了會(huì)說話以外，還會(huì)表演一些有趣的動(dòng)作，比如跳舞等等，所以才賣這么貴。

Then the customer said, “How about the third one? What can he do that makes him so expensive?”The owner of the shop said, “I don’t know. Normally, I have ?never heard him talk, nor dance, nor whistle, nor sing, nothing at all! But the other two call him The Boss.”

顧客接著又問：那第三只呢?他會(huì)做什么?為什么要賣這么貴?老板說：我不知道。我從沒聽過他講話、吹口哨或唱歌，也沒看過他跳舞，什么都沒有!不過另外兩只叫他：老板!

《河馬先生的魔術(shù)》

Mr. Hippo often wears a hat，He’s a great magicion。

Now he is performing on the stage，He takes off his hat and shows it to everybody。

It’s empty inside，Then he puts a little handkerchief on i—Now the rabbit puts his hand inside it And he catches one white pigeon

The white pigeon flaps his wings and flies away A fox sees this His mouth begins to water He says You are great Mr. Hippo

Could you please make Then Mr. hippo covers the hatwith the handkerchief muttering at the same time

The fox runs up to the stage and says

Let me have a try this time

He can’t wait for Hippo’s answer

And put his hands in the hatHe tires his best to seizes a pigeon

But suddenly he cries out

It is a hedgehog this time

The hedgehog stabs him and runs away

The fox is hurt badly in his hand?and everybody laughs at him

Then he leaves the stage

河馬先生經(jīng)常戴帽子，他是一個(gè)偉大的魔術(shù)師。

現(xiàn)在他正在舞臺(tái)上表演，他脫下帽子，給大家看。

里面是空的，然后他把一塊小手帕放在我身上，現(xiàn)在兔子把他的手放在里面，他抓住了一只白鴿子。

白鴿拍動(dòng)翅膀飛走了一只狐貍看到了這一幕，他的嘴開始流口水，他說你是偉大的河馬先生。

你能幫我做一下嗎?希波先生同時(shí)用手帕咕噥著蓋上帽子。

狐貍跑到舞臺(tái)上說

這次讓我試試

他等不及河馬的回答了

把手放進(jìn)帽子里他竭盡全力抓住一只鴿子。

但突然他哭了出來這次是刺猬

刺猬刺了他，然后跑開了。

狐貍的手受了重傷,所有人都嘲笑他

然后他離開了舞臺(tái)
