say
,用于普通日常對話
例:
'I really ought to go.' she said.

state:
to say something, especially in a definite or formal way, using in
official texts
陳述、聲明(常出現(xiàn)在官方語言中)
例:
The witness stated that he had never seen

3.
announce:
to publicly tell somebody about something
公開宣布
例:
The chairman announced his resignation.
(主席宣布卸任。)
