人一生中有三分之一的時間是在睡眠中度過。睡得好，早起精神飽滿；睡得不好，全天萎靡不振。
“睡得不好”也各有原因，用英語怎么表達？

1. sleep badly/not sleep well：to wake up often during the night, and not feel rested or
comfortable 易醒，感覺沒休息好
例：
I’m sorry, I didn't sleep very well last
night, and it has put me in a bad mood.（抱歉，我昨晚沒睡好，現(xiàn)在情緒不太好。）
They slept badly on the hard bamboo floor.（他們在硬質(zhì)竹地板上睡，睡得不好。）

2. can't get to sleep: to be unable
to go to sleep, especially because of noise, worries, pain etc. （因為噪音、心事、疼痛等）無法入睡
例：
She couldn't get to sleep, what with all the
traffic and people in the street.（街面上車水馬龍，人聲鼎沸，她無法入睡。）（備注：''what with...''列舉一些原因。）

3. not get much sleep: to sleep
badly and only for short periods, especially because of noise, worries, pain
etc.（因為噪音、心事、疼痛等）睡得不好、睡的時間不長
例：
The people next door are having a party, so
we probably won't get much sleep tonight.（隔壁在開派對，我們今晚可能沒法好好睡了。）
She cried all night and I didn't get much
sleep either.（昨晚她整晚都在哭，我也一夜沒睡好。）

4. be a light sleeper: to be someone
who is easily woken when there is any movement or noise覺很輕，睡得不死
例：
I'm a light sleeper, so I woke up as soon
as I heard him come in.（我覺很輕，一聽見他進來的聲音，我就醒了。）

5. not sleep a wink: not to sleep at
all during the night, especially because you are worried, angry, upset etc.（因為發(fā)愁、生氣等）整晚都沒睡
例：
I was so worried that I didn't sleep a wink
last night.（我愁死了，昨晚都沒睡。）
hardly/barely sleep a wink
He hardly slept a wink all night, beside
himself with jealousy and anger.（他妒忌心怒氣難以自已，幾乎一夜沒睡。）

6. lie awake: to be in bed unable to
sleep, especially because you are worried or excited（因為發(fā)愁、激動等）躺床上卻睡不著
例：
I used to lie awake at night wondering what
had happened to her.（那時候，晚上我常常輾轉(zhuǎn)反側(cè)，想知道她到底發(fā)生了什么事。）
We lied awake, listening to our parents
arguing in the room below.（我們躺著沒睡，聽父母在樓下的爭吵聲。）

7. toss and turn: to keep changing
your position in bed because you are unable to sleep and do not feel
comfortable在床上翻來覆去睡不著
例：
Do you fall asleep as soon as your head
hits the pillow, or do you toss and turn for hours before dropping off?（你是一沾枕頭就睡著呢？還是在床上翻來覆去好久才睡著？）

8. sleepless night: 一夜沒睡
例：
After a sleepless night, she looked pale
and exhausted.（一夜沒睡，她臉色蒼白，疲憊不堪。）
Tom had spent a sleepless night on the
sofa.（湯姆在沙發(fā)上一夜沒睡。）

9. restless night: 一夜沒睡好
例：
I'd had quite a restless night, and
