joke to lighten up the mood.

: to allow yourself
to completely relax in a social situation, and not worry about what is polite,
or about what other people may think
例:
He really lets himself go when he's out
partying with his friends.

Dick took me to the party and, for once, I
let myself go completely.

She has a hard time relaxing and letting
