(一)帶某人參觀

1. show somebody something: to show someone a house, building, or other place by walking with them around it and telling them about it

例:

Let me show you the garden. (我?guī)銋⒂^一下公園。)

It's worth asking a local guide to show you the sights. (花錢請個當(dāng)?shù)貙?dǎo)游帶你游覽是很值的。)

The real estate agent showed them house after house, but they couldn't find one they liked. (地產(chǎn)中介帶他們看了一個又一個房子,但他們就是找不到中意的。)

2. show somebody around: to show someone the interesting or important parts of a place or building when they first visit it

備注:英式英語中常用''show somebody round''。

例:

She'd never been to Oxford before, so I offered to show her round. (她從沒來過牛津,所以我自告奮勇當(dāng)她導(dǎo)游。)

Later, he showed Margaret all around his new house. (稍后,他帶瑪格麗特參觀了他的新家。)

3. conduct: to show someone a building or place on an official tour

例:

conduct around

The visitors were conducted around the factory by senior managers. (訪客們在公司高管的帶領(lǐng)下參觀了工廠。)

An officer was sent to conduct the journalists around the shattered building. (他們派了個官員帶領(lǐng)記者去大樓廢墟里轉(zhuǎn)了轉(zhuǎn)。)

4. take somebody on a tour: to show someone a city, museum, house etc., and tell them about all the important or interesting parts of it

例:

1. visit:

例:

2. pay a visit: to visit a place, especially because you are near it

例:

4. see the sights: to visit a city or country and look at the famous and interesting places there

例:

I wanted to look round Moscow and see the sights. (我想在莫斯科四處轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn),參觀一下景點。)

5. sightseeing: the activity of visiting and traveling around a place to look at the famous and interesting places there

例:

We spent the days sightseeing and the evenings sitting in cozy bars drinking the local wine. (我們白天參觀景點,晚上在小酒館里品當(dāng)?shù)鼐啤#?/span>

6. do: to visit a particular famous place while you are on holiday

備注:''do''常用于口語中。

例:

We did the Eiffel Tower yesterday. (我們昨天參觀了埃菲爾鐵塔。)

6. take in: to visit a place while you are in the area?

例:
